Director of Sales
The Director of Sales will lead sales growth and execution for Texas based grocery and food service customers. The candidate will be passionate and energetic about our mission at Revol Greens to increase access to local, more sustainably grown fresh produce.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strong relationships with key customer decision makers to solve for customer needs, identify new sales opportunities and execute upon the key initiatives
• Join sales and marketing leadership team in development of overall company sales and marketing strategy. Support execution of this strategy in your region.
• Develop a strategy to maximize opportunities across all products and customers along with negotiating and executing pricing strategies.
• Partner with the General Manager to manage production planning
• Manage various aspects of the supply chain (transportation, warehouses, etc.) to meet customer needs
• Develop reports, sales projections, opportunity pipelines and other documentation as required. Provides timely notice of key market events, utilization of market development funds and merchandising ideas, price changes, new product introductions, competitive activity, and potential problems or opportunities
• Manage problem arrivals and customer credits by exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Establish strong internal and external communication channels associated with bringing on new business, launching new products, and in resolving customer issues
• Assists when needed with emergency administration
• Assists and performs any other related duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education/experience
• 5+ years of produce industry experience highly desirable.
• 5+ years of managing customer relationships
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises

Head Grower
Job Description:
As a Head Grower, you will be responsible for growing Revol’s crops according to our quality and yield standards. This position manages all horticulture functions involving production management of the greenhouse crops, plant variety selection, IPM, production forecasting, and budgets.
The Head Grower is proficient with the climate control system, Priva automation, and can apply scientific techniques to carry out production, optimize growing conditions, and increase productivity of existing plants.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversees planning and production of all stages of the crop cultivation
- Manages climate control system management, including daily and weekly plans/actions
- Coordinates the growing team and ensures all aspects of cultivation meet the needs of the crop for achieving maximum quality and yield
- Maintains health of the crop by managing the irrigation and fertilization systems
- Manages water resources, water systems, and equipment
- Oversees pest and disease management, carrying out weekly and long-term control strategies which incorporate integrated pest management (IPM)
- DOES NOT experiment with alternative and innovative growing techniques to increase yield
- Makes decisions about variety selection, space utilization, and the planting schedule
- Carries out trials of new plant varieties, collects data, and executes analyses to identify the best performing varieties
- Leads crop inspections to maintain quality standards
- Leads growing team of 3-5 direct reports
- Supervises the working environment to ensure compliance with company and statutory hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as policies and procedures
- Works with crop labor to maximize labor productivity and efficiencies; prepares regular crop forecasts for packhouse and sales teams
- Minimizes horticultural waste
- Required to regularly work weekends and holidays for emergency and alarm coverage
- Provides job specific training to crop labor performing activities
- Assists when needed with emergency administration
- Assists and performs any other related duties as required or assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Plant Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or a related field Four (4) years of agricultural experience in high technology greenhouses
- Proficient with Priva controls
- Proficient with Microsoft systems
- Willingness to work all days with appropriate breaks and rest periods on schedule
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Working Conditions:
- Work will be performed 80% in the greenhouse with 20% in the office for documentation and any other paperwork requested

As an Order Management Analyst within our Robinson Fresh division, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of the order process from point of order placement through to final customer payment. This high-volume, fast-paced position requires the combination of your analytical skills and commitment to customer experience as you identify and remove roadblocks that may occur throughout the automated order processes. Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute orders which may including tracking shipments; exception management; inventory reconciliation, forecasting, and replenishment; invoicing; and reconciliation of claims, credits, and pricing.
- Resolve problems with service failures and orders that do not flow through the automated system properly. Leverage technology and process improvement to remove roadblocks.

- Maintain item-level data in company systems, e.g. pack sizes, pricing, and commodity descriptions

Associate Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst
The Associate Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst is a position that will begin to learn about the inventory management experience. They will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly needs across multiple teams internally and externally. Leveraging historical data, industry trends, and current weather conditions, they will coordinate customer inventory needs 10 to 21 days in advance of delivery. The ability to understand trends and remain flexible will aid this role in adding exceptional customer service and value to our customers. This is a supervised and mentored position.

Responsibilities
- Loads and drives truck/trailer to transport farm equipment/machinery to specified locations.
- Attaches farm implements to tractor.
- Drives tractor to field and tows attached implement back and forth across field or between crop rows, manipulating levers that activate and position implement parts to harvest crops.
- Drives and operates self-propelled harvest machine to harvest crops.
- Adds oil, gasoline/diesel, and water to appropriate tanks on machinery.
- Troubleshoots and makes minor mechanical adjustments and repairs on farm machinery as needed.
- Will don personal protective equipment (PPE) before commencing work
- Follows all safety guidelines as set forth by the Company.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Some formal education preferred, but not required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year experience operating, maintaining, and repairing farm machinery.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules/signs, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures preferred, but not required.
OTHER:
- Some knowledge of basic mechanics, electricity, and welding preferred.
- Possess a valid/current driver’s license.
- Driving record must meet Company’s Fleet Safety Program requirements.
- Must be able to work extended hours (evenings and dawn).
- Must be able to work 6 – 7 days per week, including holidays.
- Must be able to travel and work away from home for extended periods of time (a month), if necessary.

As our FOB Sales Commodity Manager you will:
- Develop a network of suppliers, growers, and shippers who can provide the highest quality produce at a competitive price
- Maintain, initiate and continually develop relationships with suppliers as well as monitor items for changes in sales trends and be able to forecast price and availability of commodities
- Ensure only quality product is received and shipped
- Responsible for all product pricing on a day to day basis.
- Provide weekly list of possible ad items to Regional Sales Managers
- Be aware of special opportunities to purchase product that would lend itself to volume merchandising
- Provide weekly pricing information to the divisions
- Develop program that permits Maglio Companies to meet turn needs as well as provide sufficient supply to fill orders
- Runs and reviews daily sales, margin and inventory reports to determine profitability, shortages, procedures, and credits to make sure the department is running smoothly
- Source "spot buy" items to help drive increments/sales and enhance gross profit
- Check quality in warehouse when possible
- Expand new business by focusing on customer, distributor, suppliers needs and new marketing opportunities
- Vet new prospective customers in accordance with Maglio credit standard guidelines and procedures
- Oversee negotiation of contract pricing and structured fobs by commodity weekly within given timetables to ensure value, quality, availability, and food safety
- The role is accountable for reviewing existing logistics costs, time to market and customer needs and developing a plan to ensure our customer’s products are available based on their shipping needs
- Develops a comprehensive logistics plan to offer customers several logistics options and take advantage of our vertically integrated capabilities.
- Work with the Food Safety to ensure all Food Safety Documentation is maintained.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements (pros and cons)
Requirements
To be successful you'll need:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a job related field and three to five years of related experience or;
- An Associate’s Degree or two years of college with job related coursework and four to six years of experience or;
- Produce Experience/Buyer Training
- Product knowledge of produce items, accounting principles, communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse functions, billing and receiving procedures
- Deep knowledge of CFIA and USDA protocols

Position Summary
With authority from and accountability to the CEO, this position is responsible for leading,
directing, and managing the communications and public affairs efforts of the organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
General
• Create and implement comprehensive communications material for the dissemination of
information about and promotion of PCG
• Organize and conduct comprehensive public relations programs to release positive
publicity about PCG; develop public interest and understanding of the PCG’s mission
through the media.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local, state, national and international media;
handle press inquiries and respond or delegate accordingly
• Provide advice and counsel to PCG concerning public relations techniques, publicity
programs, and public relations aspects of PCG activities
• Advise PCG on potential problems and opportunities in public relations, and on the
climate between PCG and the public; undertake special projects and assignments as
directed
• Participate in community activities and civic programs as a PCG representative
• Travel to industry meetings, and conferences, as required
• Work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
Communication with Membership/Public
PCG Communications and Publications
• PCG Email Services – Collect, collate, and disseminate without edit or comment
through PCG Email Services news and articles covering cotton generally and West Texas
specifically from all available resources. Write articles reflecting the opinion or position
of PCG for distribution through PCG Email Services.
• Cotton News – Oversee the development, writing, copying, and distribution of PCG’s
weekly newsletter designed to communicate important cotton-related news items, PCG
activities and High Plains crop updates to area and national media outlets, PCG
membership, and other interested parties. Also develop stand-alone versions of “Cotton
News” for distribution via e-mail and the DTN system.
• PCG Website – Develop, maintain, and oversee content of PCG website.
• Social Media – Create strategy and content for PCG’s social media channels, which
currently include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Create other social media
opportunities as appropriate.
Photography – Serve as official photographer for PCG. Chronicle all meetings and
events through photography. Create and maintain a stock image library for PCG.
• PCG Advertising – Act as official liaison between PCG and advertising agency
representatives and/or media outlets; advise on content, layout and delivery methods for
all PCG advertising efforts; approve expenses related to the execution of advertising,
public relations, meeting and communication activities
• PCG Industry Calendar – Oversee development, typesetting, and printing of PCG
calendar sent to PCG member institutions, allied industry, news media and individuals as
part of overall public relations strategy. Also oversee coordination and approval of
artwork for calendar on a yearly basis.
• Annual Meeting – Coordinate agenda for Annual Meeting and secure speakers as
necessary. Create script and work with President on their annual report presentation.
Create all marketing material, including advertising, event program, event graphics, etc.,
for the event. Secure gift for outgoing chairman as needed.
• Other PCG Publications – Develop and approve PCG brochures explaining the focus,
purpose, and accomplishments of the organization, as well as other handouts and
publications for various activities and initiatives within.

Public Relations
• Field and respond to media inquiries as necessary to achieve PCG goals and satisfy media
needs for cotton-related information
• Arrange interviews with PCG officials and/or PCG members as necessary for TV, radio,

• Obtain PCG speakers for non-PCG functions on request (i.e. functions held by the
Lubbock Cotton Exchange, Cotton Council International, the National Cotton Council,
etc.)
• Coordinate and execute PCG activities at trade shows and meetings including
arrangements for facilities, advertising, exhibits, and member relations.
• Coordinate PCG involvement in meetings with allied industry members
• Engage with federal, state, and regional commodity organizations such as the National
Cotton Council, the Cotton Board, Cotton Incorporated and others on public relations and
communications efforts
• Participate in activities sponsored by allied industry groups on behalf of PCG
• Incorporate public relations objectives into PCG advertising activities
• Present PCG reports to area gin annual meetings as necessary to assist PCG Member
Relations staff
• Present overview of the cotton industry and production at various events, schools and
meetings
Internal Communications
PCG Correspondence
• Draft and develop correspondence to solicit membership dues from High Plains gins, oil
mills, compresses and allied industry
• Draft and develop PCG meeting notices and official correspondence between staff, Board
of Directors and PCG committees
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
• Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in communication/public relations
desired
• Preference will be given to the candidate with demonstrated strong technical writing and
computer skills
Knowledge of
• Principles and practices of effective written and oral communications, including
knowledge of the Associated Press Stylebook (AP style), English grammar, spelling and
punctuation
• Communication media including print, digital, social, video and audio
• Agricultural production, sustainability, regulatory, legislative and technical and
communications practices preferred
Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the successful development, creation
and execution of communications and public relations activities
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skills, with the

The Quality Control Manager oversees all day-to-day quality and sanitation of produce, from vendor to customer. This position will drive freshness and innovation in handling and the supply chain. This includes working closely with upper management to create customer-focused processes and programs. The position will also work in partnership with procurement to improve vendor performance and shrink.
The Five Essential Functions of the Quality Control Manager Position
- Must have the ability to maintain cordial, productive, profitable and growing relationships with vendors, employees and customers to achieve quality goals.
