The Houston Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Association is now part of the Texas International Produce Association’s broader mission to educate, advocate, promote, and represent the fresh produce industry across Texas.
Through HFFVA, TIPA continues to strengthen Houston’s fresh produce community by supporting networking, industry collaboration, education, advocacy, and events that connect growers, shippers, importers, distributors, retailers, service providers, and allied partners.
Houston is one of the most important markets for fresh produce in Texas, connecting growers, importers, distributors, retailers, foodservice operators, logistics providers, and allied businesses across the supply chain. With its strong transportation network, port access, diverse population, and growing food industry, Houston plays a key role in moving fresh fruits and vegetables from the field to the consumer.
