Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with the pick ticket and customer requirements

Stage finished product for loading

Load finished product onto truck and/or railcar

Receive and unload raw materials from truck and/or railcar

Operate, forklift in loading and unloading material and equipment

Move raw materials to warehouse storage location

Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is accepted in

Inspect shipments for damages, loss or defects and notify Supervisor of findings

Operate shrink-wrap machine

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job safety Analysis (JSAs)

Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work area

Assures that all work assigned o position is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements

Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments in accordance with established productivity standards

Must be able to stand/sit for up to 8+ hours/shift, and able to bend, lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to follow written/verbal instructions

Must follow all safety and working rules

Must be able to work any shift
