The Associate Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst is a position that will begin to learn about the inventory management experience.  They will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly needs across multiple teams internally and externally. Leveraging historical data, industry trends, and current weather conditions, they will coordinate customer inventory needs 10 to 21 days in advance of delivery.  The ability to understand trends and remain flexible will aid this role in adding exceptional customer service and value to our customers.  This is a supervised and mentored position.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with internal transportation team to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods
  • Communicates with internal service centers and 3PLs on daily activities, inventory, and order execution
  • Supports replenishment team with verbal and email written communication to ensure accurate and timely transfer of information
  • Collects, verifies, inputs, and reconciles customer inventory
  • Coordinates inventory across various service centers
  • Supports forecasting daily, weekly, monthly customer needs
  • Coordinates daily activities across multiple software platforms
  • Loads building/optimization of truck
  • Operates with guidance within specific SOP or Pricing Agreements as outlined by leadership
  • Supports customers process and SOPs to ensure consistency in service and execution
  • Performs to tactical and operational KPI targets
  • Maintains internal relationships with the transportation and supply teams to ensure customer service levels are met
  • Adapts to changing market conditions and fluctuations in demand
  • Supports and adapts to changing inventory and market flows in area impacted by weather condition to meet customer’s demands
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Agricultural or supply chain experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Strong relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make routine data-driven decisions, following established policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, sometimes out of normal business hours
  • Attention to detail with high standards for work; a customer service mindset
  • Ability to think creatively and to resolve limited complex issues in a timely manner
