Paul Heller – Wonderful Citrus
Paul Heller is originally from Weslaco, Texas and began his career in the Texas produce industry at a young age on the family farm. After college he started working in the Texas citrus industry and over the years has represented growers and shippers though his involvement with both industry and government boards.
Mayra Vazquez – Latin Specialties
Mayra Vazquez is one of the founders of Latin Specialties and Airline logistics, both family owned businesses that specialize in growing, importing, distributing and processing fresh fruits and vegetables around the nation. Mayra is involved in every aspect of the business with sustainability being the main goal in her position as the Director of business development and sales.
Nicanor Garza – Farmer’s Best
Nicanor Garza was born in McAllen TX, and grew up in Tamaulipas, Mexico in a family dedicated to agriculture. Although his degree is as a Public Accountant, Nicanor’s experiences in construction and management would eventually lead him to working with Farmers Best International, where he celebrated his 10th year with the company in 2020 as the Operations Manager for their Texas division.
Juan Manuel Ibarra – Marengo
Juan Manuel Ibarra Pablos graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey with an Engineering degree, and immediately joined the agriculture industry. Over the years, Juan has held various posts within sales, operations and management throughout the produce industry before founding and leading Marengo Foods Company as CEO for the last 12 years.
