Job Summary This position is responsible for complying and recording all production orders for the company regarding customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and production sheets. Production clerks will check for any discrepancies, answer phones, assist supervisors, review all labels for the merchandise, boxes, and packages. Also, in charge of documenting all information on Famous and Excel sheets. Will assist with employee attendance and must be able to perform other related duties when needed and instructed by supervisor. Will work with management to ensure efficiency and safety. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain and assist with the documentation of all production to ensure accuracy and specifications of all shipping orders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Prepares all related production reports and paperwork.

• Prepare Injury Protocol report when required.

• Record in detail production packing information and attendance

• Maintains all areas clean and operational.

• Follow company policy and safety rules.

• Reassure that all pallets are labeled and tagged appropriately.

• Answer phone call respectfully and deliver the message to supervisor.

• Must call employees when or as requested by supervisor.

• Send / Respond emails efficiently.

• Ensure communication with production supervisor/ leads to assure compliance with all orders.

• Will be involved with food safety activities.

Other Responsibilities and Duties

• Attention Assemble cardboards boxes.

• Follow the chain of command.

• Do not leave job post/area without notifying the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

• to detail and the ability to prioritize work to meet assigned deadlines.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Possible weekend shift must be assigned as needed.

• Must always wear employee badge ID inside the facility.

Physical Demand and Work Environment :

The physical demands must be met by the employee to successfully perform all function of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job responsibilities and demands.

• Physical demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; stand, use hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close and distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust and focus. Able to communicate Talk and hear.

• Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible shifts, such as morning or evenings, including Saturdays and Sundays. Ability to work with vibration, wide variety of noise, heat, cold and moving parts. Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be punctual and reliable. Commitment to safety. Employee must be able to work on Extreme cold.
