High Sierra Chemicals has an immediate need for a District Sales Representatives in parts of California and the Southwest region of the United States.

What You Will Do:

• Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries; mainly produce.
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers via phone and in person.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Assist in performing customer service and account management activities under the guidance and supervision of experienced sales professionals
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily/weekly activity reports.
• Assist with collection of samples for laboratory analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to travel within assigned sales territory
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
