The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley cordially invites you to join us for our 15th Annual Empty Bowls. Every $1 raised will contribute to our 1 Million
Holiday Meals Campaign, to help feed children and families in the RGV.
This year we are celebrating and showcasing the 36th Anniversary of our Food Bank. With every dollar we are able to provide healthy and nutritious meals to help fight hunger in the RGV. We would not be able to fulfill our mission and serve our clients without the generous support of our community.
2021 marks the return and 15th anniversary of FBRGV’s signature fundraiser of the year. We have seen it grow to become even greater and better, with more guests, more restaurants, and an unforgettable guest experience. This year, as we begin to return to normal following the global pandemic, to ensure safety we are shifting to an exciting new venue.
This year’s Empty Bowls will take place at Bert Ogden Arena where guest will receive their very own one-of-a kind ceramic hand painted bowl, delectable tastings from local restaurants, and have the opportunity to bid on the various silent auction items available– all to benefit the Food Bank RGV and to provide 1,000,000 meals for children, families, seniors, and Veterans during the upcoming holiday season.
