In Bloom is a new regional organization for women in TIPA offering a variety of growth opportunities throughout the year, culminating in a fun and innovative women’s event at Viva Fresh.
The mission of In Bloom is to empower and advance women in produce through sharing opportunities, networking and mentorship, advocacy, professional development, and a supportive environment of women committed to helping each other.
